I have been with resolute for over two years as a tenant. The staff is phenomenal and extremely attentive. They are wonderful at communication and never leave you waiting for a response. The entire management team is polite, respectful and kind. Recently, I had a medical emergency and Lisa, the manager, went above and beyond to assist me and help me get back to where I needed to be.

A few weeks ago, the capacitor on the well went out at 9:45 at night. I called the emergency number and they answered on the second ring! They had someone out fixing my well by 9 am the next morning and communicated with me every step of the process. If given the choice I would rent from them forever!
