How we can continue to rent properties in a time of social distancing or COVID

Unfortunately, our lives have changed in the blink of an eye. We all hope that this is a temporary adjustment and we can get back to our normal lives soon. While we are in this time of social distancing, it is important to know how you will lease your property or how your property manager will lease your property. Resolute is set-up to do just that through the technologies we have implemented:

360 Tours – prospective tenants can take a 360-degree virtual tour directly from their computer. They can see the home without leaving their house.
Self-showing lockboxes allow pre-screened and registered prospective tenants to view properties. They are given a one-time pass code to view the property, without an agent present. Resolute performs a weekly inspection and guarantees no damages or we make the repairs.
On-line application and screening – applicants complete their application online and the application is screened by our team, whether working in the office or working remote.
Resolute can review the lease and tenant orientation package through a video conference with the tenant and the tenant is required to sign their lease online.
Online payment of deposits and rents – Resolute has for years collected rents online and now has the capability to collect deposits as well.
