In 2009, while the country was still reeling from the national recession and the effects of the real estate crash, Clay Lehman decided he wasn’t going to sit around and wait for things to get better. The mortgage company he worked for had closed its doors, yet dozens of investor owned homes sat empty, waiting for tenants. Using the skills and experience he built over decades in the real estate industry, Clay opened Resolute Property Management, bringing high quality rental services to the Ocala area.

Over ten years later, the company is thriving. Resolute continues to grow without any substantial marketing. Word of mouth from happy property owners has ensured a steady stream of new properties under management.
